This page describes the step-by-step instructions to get set up on the App. The images below show a couple of rowing clubs using the Rowing App. The logos may be different but the buttons and process are the same for all clubs.
Step 1
If you need Technical Support
If you need support at any stage during the app registration process click the ‘Support and FAQ’ button at the bottom of the screen.
By clicking ‘Contact Support’ you will be able to email us directly with your issue to help@rowingapp.org or you can view our FAQs (below) and video guides. When you have contacted the help desk, we may request that you click the button at the bottom of the screen to generate a code so that we can initiate a remote support session.
Step 2
Register as a Member
If this is your first time on the app click ‘Register”.
You will need to type in your Club Group Code (case sensitive). You will have been sent your Club Code within your Club's emails or private social media groups. If you do not have a code the quickest way is to check your emails, or you can request it from your Club Coaches or Admin. Alternatively, you can click to ‘Request Group Code’.
This will take you to a form where you will be asked to provide details for verification. If approved, you will be emailed Group Code for your Club. There may be a short delay for this verification process.
Step 3
Next steps..
Once you have submitted your Group Code you will be asked to enter your email. Please ensure there are no typing mistakes (as this will delay your registration).
You will be sent an email from the Rowing App containing a 6-digit email Verification Code. If you have not received this code within 5 minutes, please check your junk inbox, and if still not received try clicking ‘Resend Code’, or go to ‘Support and FAQs’ and let us know that you have not received it.
Step 4
Complete Details
You can now complete the rest of your details and access the App.

What if I cannot find my Unique Verification Code in my email?
The normal causes of this are to check in your Junk and Unfocused mail boxes. If nothing there then it may be due to a typo when you registered that is causing your submitted email to be faulty. Please also check if your mailbox is full as that may cause emails to bounce back. If you cannot find it please email help@rowing.org stating you cannot find activation code.
My device won't let me select a group from the menu?
Please ensure you are using a smart phone and not an iPad or different device. If the problem persists and you have asked a friend or family member to check, please contact help@rowingapp.org
I am having difficulty selecting rowing type, date or selecting a club from the menu when setting up my account?
Very rarely we see that some devices have trouble selecting an item from a menu. This can often because by a phone's unpredictable touch screen sensitivity. If you are getting stuck and cannot complete a section we advise you log in to the web-app from your laptop either using the sign-in page on your club website or below and you can complete your profile settings using your home computer.
Can I access the app from an iPad, laptop or computer?
Yes but you should only access the web app from a computer or tablet. The web app can be found either on your club website on the members' sign-in page or the link below
My account is activated but I have forgotten my password?
Select Forgotten my Password link underneath the password section. This will send you a password reset code to your email that you will have 10 minutes to input.
Please check your emails for a recent email from your Club about the app. If you cannot find it you can request this from your Club contacts or during the App Registration process.
I have activated my account and on trying to login again the app won't recognise my email or password?
Please double check your email and password have no errors - this is normally the problem. If you think you may have forgotten your password, select Forgotten my Password link underneath the password section. This will send you a password reset code to your email that you will have 10 minutes to input. If the problem persists please email help@rowingapp.org stating your problem.
